Logs.tv is a test page that can either become a huge and popular website or one of many cool websites few people find. As of 2010 just prior to Christmas it is time for some cleaning up of links and pages online. I may have to let many websites go on sale and give up on things I have done for over a decade online. So many websites steal photos and videos then sell them online. Though my photos are copyright material it sadly seems they still posted my photography and art on many sites that say they are creative commons and some even say my photographs are public domain. The public domain things a huge scam and as we see I an not even dead yet and not all my stuff is even a decade old.

What is Public Domain and who owns the copyrights to things people say are Public Domain. *The Public Domain scams a fraud if you ask anyone with a half a brain* Someone made it and even when they are dead you better bet someone owns it!

There is no such thing as public domain since even actors, artists, musicians, photographers and anyone that made anything can be dead yet still someone bought or stole their copyrights. Sad truth is the only people that seem to make money online are the sites that steal other peoples work and use it on their pages. Few people that work honest and hard ever get rich in america. Sadly the internet seems to allow even more american companies, american websites and american people to steal photos and make money online with photos and videos they had no part in making! For me this has been an on going struggle since the internet started and now it is even harder to justify the wasted time online trying to make things work for my own pages even.

Before you buy or steal photos and videos online you really need to make sure you contact the person or company that owns the copyrights. If you listen to illegal movie sites and pirate websites that tell you they are up for use and public domain you can not explain in court or lawsuits that you were that stupid and expect them to excuse you. If everyone steals from everyone else and your own art and photography is doing better for other people and sites that use them it really makes it hard to feel like sharing anything online. What if we all just quit posting photos, what if we stopped sharing videos, what if all the websites pages online were locked down and nothing was free to view or watch online. Since that is the only way to protect copyright material from being stolen and used on illegal websites it sadly seems that could be the future internet as we know it. Lots of traffic logs, ip logs and logs that have password blocks and protection online. Is that really what you people hoped the internet would become? Stop stealing and using other peoples work and make your own pages with your own photography, art, videos and articles.

I again found my photos being given away for use and on sale to buy even via other sites. That is 100% illegal and I own all rights to my art and photography etc. Sadly not many american people seem to even have enough sense to realize how stupid it even sounds to say there are royalty free photos on such sites. I found so many illegal photo stealing sites online it is insane. Though I am sure not that many people can be dumb enough to believe there are royalty free photos of mine out there it seems they still use them. I think people just justify stealing when they are taking what is already stolen by others and using them. It is the sheep mentality where if one person starts beating on people or picking on someone then it makes the others feel it is ok for them to do the same thing. I never did like the way americans follow each other in bashing, stealing, violence or picking on people. I wish people would think for themselves more out there in the usa but, sadly there are few free thinkers I have ever seen out there.

I have been doing live webcam shows of live face and body art since around the start of the internet. The photo above shows a photo taken from my webcam photo logs to show in ways webcam photo blogs of what I was doing in late 2008 just before I escaped american life. grin. The photos like a tribal Indian Princess face painting as found on my face painting website with much more face and body art from the past.

These are not Royalty Free Photos or Free Photos with no copyrights! Movies and videos I make are not Public Domain and there is really no such thing as Public Domain and royalty free photos. Someone took the photographs and made the art or movies etc. People that steal and use others work and try to make money off others hard work online are in fact stealing. In ways it makes people like me wonder why I wasted so many years sharing photos and videos online anymore. The moral to the story is that you should have morals and brains enough to know better than to help piracy websites and companies that steal and use work from people. I am old and tired of being used! I am so tired of being used and sick and tired of my videos and photos being stolen and used. I am sick of it!

PUBLIC DOMAIN & ROYALTY FREE PHOTOS. Save yourself from lawsuits & help save the internet at the same time! Use your brains and common sense if you have either or both eh!
